Welcome to the Muddy Creek Township client link.  PCS has been appointed by the Township Supervisors to enforce the requirements of the PA State Uniform Construction Code.  Please contact John Nath (724 449-2662) for permitting information or questions that are not answered in the applications.  The following documents should assist you with the filing of your application for a Building Permit. 

Ø    Residential Permit Applications;  Print and submit a "Building Permit Application" with the Township Secretary. Please read the instructions in the application.

Ø    Commercial Permit Applications:  Print and submit a “Non-  Residential Plan Review Application” with the documents identified in the instruction within the application.  Additionally, print and submit a “Building Permit Application” with the Township Secretary.

Please submit all applications to the Township Secretary at the municipal Building located at 9110 Perry Highway.  Contact the Township Secretary for office hours and appointments 724 368-3438.
